Service
Managed IT services
Ongoing care for your computers, servers, and network—so problems get caught early and your staff gets help when they need it.
How we can help
- System monitoring & maintenance — We watch servers, computers, and network gear to catch issues before downtime.
- Help desk & user support — Remote support for Windows errors, printers, and software issues.
- Cybersecurity protection — Antivirus, updates, patching, and security policies managed for you.
- Data backup & recovery — Backups set up and monitored so data can be restored when something goes wrong.
- Network & infrastructure management — Firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, and network reliability.
- Vendor & technology management — Coordination with software, hardware, and internet vendors.
Monthly per-device care is offered through our Core and Standard plans. This page covers the full scope of managed IT—we’ll match the right plan to your setup.
Why it matters
Instead of waiting until something breaks, managed IT is proactive. Tools report problems early, updates get applied, and your staff can get help without hiring full-time IT. You pay a predictable monthly amount per device for that ongoing care.
- Monitoring — disk, memory, updates, and security alerts before the office grinds to a halt.
- Maintenance — patching and automation keep machines closer to a known-good state.
- Help desk — remote support instead of guessing or calling around.
- Coordination — vendors, ISP issues, and upgrades don’t land only on the owner.
Core vs Standard
Core Plan
Monitoring, security tools, and maintenance at a deeply discounted rate. Labor is mostly pay-as-you-go, with a $20/hr remote labor discount.
Best if you want the safety net but prefer to approve most hands-on work.
Standard Plan
Everything in Core, plus ransomware recovery focus and proactive & Windows support included. Non-covered remote labor gets a $40/hr discount.
Best if you want fewer hourly surprises and issues fixed before users feel them.
